በአማራ ክልል እስካሁን ተማሪዎችን መዝግበው ያላጠናቀቁ ትምህርት ቤቶች መኖራቸው ለትምህርቱ ዘርፍ የተሰጠው ትኩረት አናሳ እንደሆነ አመላካች ነው ሲሉ የክልሉ ምክር ቤት ጉባኤተኞች ተናገሩ፡፡ ጉባኤተኞቹ ይህን የተናገሩት ትላንት ጥቅምት 23 በተጀመረው የአማራ ክልል ምክር ቤት መደበኛ ጉባኤ ላይ ነው።

የክልሉ ምክር ቤት በትናንትና ውሎው የክልሉን የትምህርት ዘርፍ ዓመታዊ አፈፃፀም ገምግሟል፡። የምክር ቤት አባላት እንደጠቆሙት በክልሉ ለትምህርቱ ዘርፍ ተገቢው ትኩረት ባለመሰጠቱ በትምህርት ጥራት ላይ ተጽዕኖ እያመጣ ነው፡፡ የተማሪዎች ውጤት ግሽበት፣ ምቹ የመማር ማስተማር አለመኖር፣ የመምህራን ከሙያቸው ውጭ እንዲሰሩ መደረግ፣ የተማሪዎች ምዝገባ እስካሁን በአንዳንድ ትምህርት ቤቶች አለመፈፀም፣ የቤተ ሙከራ እጥረት፣ የፕላዝማ ቴሌቪዥን ብልሽት፣ የመጽሐፍት እና የመምህራን እጥረት በምክር ቤት አባላት እንደዋና ችግር ተነስተዋል፡፡
 
ለተነሱት ችግሮች ማብራሪያ የሰጡት የአማራ ክልል የትምህርት ቢሮ ኃላፊ ዶ/ር ይልቃል ከፍአለ የተነሱት ችግሮች ትክክለኛ መሆናቸውን ጠቁመው “ከባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር በመተጋገዝ መፍትሄ ይፈለጋል” ብለዋል፡፡ የትምህርት ቤቶች በወቅቱ ተማሪዎችን መመዝገብ አለመቻል ዋና ምክንያት “የትምህርት ቤቶችና የወላጆች ጥምረት መላላቱ” መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡ “ፈጥነን ችግሩን ካልፈታን ምዝገባቸውን እስከ ታህሳስ ሊወስዱ የሚችሉ ትምህርት ቤቶች ይኖራሉ” ሲሉም ስጋታቸውን ለምክር ቤቱ አባላት ገልጸዋል፡፡
